This is Mechanix

An independent workshop in Amsterdam, for people who like to know their bike is in good hands.

Our workshop

Mechanix started as a garage where we worked on bikes ourselves and with friends. What began as a hobby grew into a workshop where more and more people bring their bike, mostly through word of mouth.

We do everything around maintenance and repair: from a tyre change and a service to diagnosing electrical faults. Not tied to office hours, so you can also come by after work or on weekends.

Can't come by yourself? We pick up and deliver your bike.

Diagnose first, replace later

We first establish what is really needed. That way you don't pay for parts that were fine.

Honest about the price

Every bike is different. That is why you get an estimate up front, and we tell you if it turns out differently.

Flexible with time

No time during the day? We work by appointment until midnight and on weekends, and we pick up and deliver your bike.
